| no, re: the old account: 1) when the institution field was blank, I was getting an import error. 2) when I changed that field to another institution - not my bank- (hoping that Money would now prompt me for an account), it still imported into the old account. Any way to force Money to prompt for an account name? | Hi Cal, Now I get a new error message: "A communication error occured. Please try your call again. If you continue to have problems call your financial institution's Online Services Customer Support." So what I did was go back to the closed account and change the financial institution name field from -blank- to MBNA-America. | Money 2005 - standard Never had a problem with the balance column in my checking account register. All of the sudden, this morning, my running balances were way off. Changed register view to "all dates"/"all transactions" and that fixed the problem. But the problem reoccurs when I switch the register view back to the way it was. In advance, I appreciate any and all help I can get with this issue. Thanks, Jimmy |
