Click Customize-> Investment. ClearAll. Then select only the particular investment you want transactions for. Click Date, and select Range:AllDates. Click OK. File-> Print. |

| I think that I am slowly going nuts. I went through these steps and brought up the investment that I was interested in. 1. Go to "Home" 2. Choose the investment account from the list under "Favorite Accounts." 3. Choose "Account Summary" 4. Choose the investment you are interested in and right click on it. 5. Choose "See Investment Activity." The list of transactions in that investment shows like I was looking for. Unbelievably I can't find any way to print it. I don't see any print icons and when I click on "File" the print option is grayed out. This operation was very simple in the old version of money that I have. How do I print out the list of transactions in the investment? Maybe something is missing because of the money file that I imported from my Version 3 of Money. | I recently moved very old mny files from my old version of MS Money version 3.0 which is the version that I used for years. They transferred over just fine to 2006. Ive used Version 3 since I bought my first Windows 3.1 computer but this old version of Money, which worked on W98, won't work on XP. In the old version I could click on "Investment Account" and choose the account such as Vanguard or Schwab and then could click on "View" and open any investment in the account and view it by itself and not show the other investments. For instance if I had the Vanguard Index 500 fund and the Vanguard Small Cap index fund I could click on Investment Account and then choose "Vanguard" from the list and then choose "Index 500 fund from that list. I can't see any way to do this using Ms Money 2006. All I can do is show all of the investments at once under each Investment account and thus all of the transactions for Index 500 and Small Cap would be on the same page. js |
