| The problem with Monthly is it puts it on a fixed day of the month. This may or may not be the 3rd Thursday. At best, it would let you get within +/- 3 days by using the 18th. | Well, from what I have found, all they have to do, is ignore us until the product life-cycle expires. The alternative program 'quicken' is almost as fun... you have to dial a 1900 number (at a charge of about $3 per minute) to ask them a question, and the answer that you get back is 'nup... thats not a feature that is currently available' On Oct 16, 1:35 pm, "Dick Watson" <littlegreenge...[at]mind-enufalready-spring.com> wrote: - quote - > Many of us have been asking for improvements in this area for a LONG TIME. > All I can conclude is that they don't care what any of us want in the > product besides ads; which next to none of us want. > "Gish" <lough...[at]gmail.com> wrote in messagenews:1160965782.224318.106790[at]i3g2000cwc.googlegroups.com... > > Damn! > > I was tempted to buy Quicken, as it aparently works beatifully over > > here in Australia with regards to tax. > > I chosemoneybecause I was hoping to get it to download the bank > > statements from Westpac (Bank Of Melbourne), however it only appears to > > have US/UK/Canadian banks listed. > > Not happy! |

| Many of us have been asking for improvements in this area for a LONG TIME. All I can conclude is that they don't care what any of us want in the product besides ads; which next to none of us want. | Damn! I was tempted to buy Quicken, as it aparently works beatifully over here in Australia with regards to tax. I chose money because I was hoping to get it to download the bank statements from Westpac (Bank Of Melbourne), however it only appears to have US/UK/Canadian banks listed. Not happy! | Sadly, what is you see is still all you get. A weak--indeed, lame--model for scheduling recurrence has been a feature for Money for all too many versions now. They could steal a better model from Outlook but we get MEss instead. | Hey all, This got asked quite a while back, however I am still unable to find out how to do it. I wish to be able to enter my regular pay (wages) that happen monthly. The only problem is that I get paid on the 3rd Thursday of the month, rather than a particular date. I have tried lots of things, and can't seem to search for the option of how to make the software recognise that it's gotta go through on that day of the month, rather than that date. If anyone knows how I can make this happen, please let me know! Regards Loughlan |
