| You can't, directly. You can make a single transaction out of your checking, but it has to go into an intermediate 'slush' account. The loan payments can be taken out of that slush account, as separate transactions. This can all be automated, so it's not that painful. -- Chris Cowles Gainesville, FL "TexJAM" <TexJAM[at]discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:BE99E92E-E45E-4CC8-B93E-B2D0245B90AC[at]microsoft.com... - quote - > For what it's worth... | For what it's worth... I AM able to do this just fine in Quicken '04... I'm reading and reading and trying different things, so maybe I can figure this out. C'mon MS... why does Quicken make this soo much easier? | I'm looking for a way to make one entry into my checking account register that will show up as a principal/interest transfer for two seperate loan accounts (i.e.- one entry that's split between two loan accounts) It's my student loans... for accuracy, I have my subsidized/unsubsidzed loan accounts listed seperately, but I only make one payment to the loan company that gets split between the two accounts. I'd like to assume Money could handle this... ONE entry with principal/interest tranfers to TWO accounts. It's giving me grief and making me regret upgrading... Thanks for ay help... JAM |
