I found that if I do not move the mouse or switch the focus to another app
until Money has finished whatever its doing and disappeared from the screen,
Money closes correctly 100% of the time. If I do switch focus while its
doing the backup, Money remains open about half the time.

I then went to the web and found a program called taskterminator from
ZeaSoft. It allows me to kill Money.

I set up an icon on the desk top that contains
"C:\Program Files\ZeaSoft\TaskTerminator\TaskT.exe" msmoney.exe

Thus when I see the error (approximately 1-2 times out of every 10 times
I run money), I just double click the Sop Money icon and then restart
money. No need to reboot.

tech support (now there's an experience in futility) and we have had no
