| Work around for that: - Set the date on your PC to older date - Open money. The Update online prices option will now appear - Change date back to today - Click update prices.... Its a drag to do all these. but dont have patience to upgrade to newer versions. | Whow!! First: Thanks for the reply. I assume (since no other problems apply) that the OSP is my problem. If I update I might try some other financial service. I'm a long time fan of MSFT, but this doesn't sit right with me. | The Money 2003, 2004 and 2005 agreement on http://articles.moneycentral.msn.com...&wa=wsignin1.0 may answer your question. Go to the Portfolio view, and> I tell it to update prices, it says it's making the call, then returns > "completed" but prices haven't changed, and dates for last quote haven't > changed either. ChangePortfolioView-> CustomizeCurrentView-> PortfolioColumns Add in the LastUpdated column. Group by: NoHeaders. Click the LastUpdated column header to sort. Note the symbols for the securities with symbols the earliest or no dates. Go to UpdatePrices-> PickQuotesToDownload and de-select those securities. UpdatePrices online. If still no joy, de-select almost all of your securities, and try again. If you have success, add securities back until you have a problem again. Check those that do not work to see if the symbol might have changed or no longer be valid. |

| Money 2004 ... premium ... stopped retrieving quote updates 10/5. I tell it to update prices, it says it's making the call, then returns "completed" but prices haven't changed, and dates for last quote haven't changed either. |
