Default Using Money to keep Track of Mileage Costs

Does anyone have an easy way to use Money to keep track of my business
mileage costs?

Now I use a spreadsheet to keep all of the mileage and then multiply the
total by the federal tax mileage cost and then add it as a cash cost to
Money. If you have a better method I would appreciate hearing about it.
