I've never been on that screen before. It doesn't enter the payment number though. - quote - > The only suggestion is to let them enter automatically--that, apparently,
Looks like I'll need to implement this.> doesn't have this neat new feature we all needed so badly. Does anyone at MS actually use this product? They should mandate all of their employees dogfood this stuff. They have gone and modified a perfectly good feature for some once-in-a-while edge cases. -- __________________________________________________ ________________________________ Ed Hansberry (Please do *NOT* email me. | This is a new feature of M07. There was a post quoting somebody's intercourse with Support on the subject indicating that they think we needed this feature. (See http://groups.google.com/group/micro...c2af5f0?hl=en&.) BTW, if your scheduled bill includes an extra principal transfer element, this will be deleted as well. Probably also any items for escrow amounts, but I haven't tested those. The only suggestion is to let them enter automatically--that, apparently, doesn't have this neat new feature we all needed so badly. | This just started after upgrading from 2006 to 2007 a few weeks ago. I just noticed it today as I paid my first mortgage payment since the upgrade. When I click on the item in the Bills area, the account it is to pull from is blank and the pay date is today's date, not the due date. When looking at the info in the Bills listing, it has the correct account and due date. WHen I edit the bill series, the correct account and due date are showing, but when I pay the bill, I have to fill in those two fields. I have tried editing the bill series by changing a few items to try to get it to pick the data up but it won't take. THe payment number is also no longer being entered automatically. This was definitely working in 2006 and I have not edited the loan info since the upgrade. I have paid many other bills with 2007 and none of those seem to have problems, but I know mortgages are handled quite different. Any suggestions? -- __________________________________________________ ________________________________ Ed Hansberry (Please do *NOT* email me.
