 Re: lost money product key (purchased by download but with CD copy) Mark, Good Advice! The file downloaded from DR is key protected for limited installation. Not sure if this is true for everyone who downloaded but some who purchased the CD backup as well found it didn't work for re-install (go figure!) While they called it a backup CD, it supposedly was only offered for the purposes of initial installation (one would suppose in case you didn't have enough time for download). Contacting DR should resolve the problem but the "backup CD" from a downloaded purchase and the CD you buy retail are two different things! | Re: lost money product key (purchased by download but with CD copy) Money unlike Windows or Office doesn't need any sort of key to install from the CD. | lost money product key (purchased by download but with CD copy) hi, i purchased money2007 business and home edition about 3weeks agao. i also added cd copy too. after i downloaded somehow i had to format hard and re-install windows at that time i didn't save product info. because i thought cd comes with key too. but that is not. my order NO. is 4593131400. please help... please i pay for the software and if i can not use it well it will be so unfair, eventhough i made a mistake... thank you. |
