i too am getting the same error message. any ideas on how to fix this problem?

PLEASE HELP!! Google, MSN Search, Microsoft Knowledgebase and other MS Money
Support pages do not have information about my problem or the RunSetupCommand
returned :80070005: ERROR: RunSetupCommand failed
