You may well be right, Bob. I think ME is primarily intended to be bundled
with new machines, but..........

Let me add another glitch. There may be a tie-in, but since there is no
longer a Money-Standard Edition, the free tie-in could be with Money
Essentials which will be useless.

I'll answer the second part of your question:

My understanding is that in Money 2007, only the accounts that
require the third party access get the data via MSN. So that those
you enter by hand and those that connect directly to OFX servers
without "third party" access don't go onto the MSN servers. It is
possible I somehow misunderstood.

You could experiment with the free trial to verify.

However I am fairly confident that you cannot just supply your
"Yodlee Dashboard info" to get your data from a Yodlee server --
which is where?

Default Does M07 Yodlee Integration Still Require MSN Upload and/or Passport?

I'd like to use the Yodlee aggregation tools to get access to the rest
of my banks, but not if it means I have to keep a copy of everything on
the MSN servers. They're two separate things, I should be able to do
either independently, ideally by providing just my Yodlee Dashboard
info, but that's asking for too much, I know...

BTW - Does anyone know if there is/will be an upgrade tie with TaxCut
again in the Fall/Winter of this year like there has been? If so, I'll
wait and upgrade via that route.

Thanks for letting me know - John
