| I also have this problem. I went through all the proposed fixes. My problem isn't phantom expenses, but rather phantom income. I eliminated all the phantom categories I could... However, I am still stuck with the category Uncategorized Income. Of course I cannot delete this category. Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks |

| Michael, I changed my mind as I don't have so many data to import from the M97. I configured the M2006 with all my, accounts, categories and sub-categories and it is almost operational. I have just finished an Advanced Budget. I understand I have no problems any more. | Hi Bob - yes, you can do an export into QIF format from M97 (assuming you still have the program) and then an import into M06. | Michael, I've tried the level 2 repair. But I have one correction to make: in the new money file I created I was able to switch to the Advanced Budget. So I realy have a problem with the file converted from the Money 97. Is there any way to copy the old file content to a new one? Thanks a lot for your help. | Bob, Thank you for your help, but I already did your suggestion: it didn't solve the problem. I opened a new money file and the problem is still present with the new file. I'm supposing I got a Money software problem. Another possibility is that this funcionality is not available in the Standard version. | I've just started to use the Money 2006 and I'm trying to move from the Essential Budget to the Advanced Budget, but the software does not move to the selected option. Is there any action to correct this problem? I was using a very old Money version (97) and the file was converted without any problem with budget data in the Advanced format, but as I can't select the Advanced Budget I'm not able to change anything in it. Is it possible to somebody help me on solving this problem? Thank you very much -- Bob Campos |
