Those who say it's OK that MS did not advertise the limitation must be MS
shills, or mouth breathers. A monitoring service is completely different
than a credit report. Monitoring will alert you via email anytime you credit
history is updated over the next 12 months. Microsoft is guilty of
deception, and consumer predation.

It may be ok for you to say "So What" but the point is that the program was
supposed to include the monitoring service. Yes I am aware that you can get
a free credit report. Problem is that you can only get it once per year. Do
you know how many things can change on your credit report in a year? So it
may not be a "big deal" to you but when something is offered you should be
able to take advantage of it. This is what some would consider FALSE
advertising.

You BOUGHT Money because you wanted to continue using a credit
monitoring program? Do you know you can get annual FREE credit reports
from each of the services?

My suggestion, assuming that you've had the Money upgrade for more than
30 days is to BUY the service from Experian. Heck, I got that free year
back in 2005, couldn't renew for 2006 and I said "so what". It is just
NOT that big a deal. I upgrade Money every year and have done so since
1995. It is well worth the price I pay because I use the product as a
personal financial program and record ALL my financial information in
it. Good luck. Steve

Default Experian Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

The only reason I upgraded was to get the creidt monitoring. When I tried to
activate I get the following...

"This offer is only available to new customers that have not had a
membership in the past. If you are a returning Credit Manager member, please
sign in through your Microsoft Money Software, navigate to your Credit
Center, and then click on the Already signed up? Sign in link. You can access
your member benefits once you have successfully signed in. Thank you."

When I do the already signed up I get...

"Your account is current inactive. Please call us toll-free at 866-673-0140,
Mon thru Fri 6am-6pm and Sat and Saun 8am-5pm (Pacific Time)"

I have tried calling experian with no luck. No where in the "fine" print
did it say only avaiable to new customers. IF so I would not have pgraded.
Anyone have a solution??
