Create a report for that payee / those payees and customise to show only the
commission category.

Money (2003 at least) doesn't seem to allow you to show commission and admin
separate on investment purchases, so your report will show an agglomerated
amount.

I paste the Investment Transactions report into a spreadsheet, and
then sum the Commission column.

....not for US taxes usually with today's rules, but probably it
matters in other countries.

Default Tracking Commissions Paid in Microsoft Money

Hello -- I am curious if it is possible to find out how much I have
paid over the last year in commissions for buying and selling stock. I
track every penny in Money and can't find any category that records
commissions paid.

Any thoughts? I tried adding a fictional purchase with a commission of
777.77 and then searching on that. The result? Nothing. Now surely ms $
provides a way to pull this out of the data.

Thanks for any thoughts. I am sure other folks are interested in this
as it has tax consequences.

cheers,

Tim
