I'm using Money Small Business and when I synchronize with my bank and
receive an invoice I get a duplicate transaction. Using the "change" option
for transaction matching you have the option to match the transaction to
another transaction but it only shows withdraws, not deposts.

Is it possible to sychronize bank deposit transactions with Money's deposit
entries from invoicing?
