| Thank you - indeed most of my problem accounts are provided by CashEdge except for BofA. I will call the bank tomorrow to find out why I am unable to sync with them. | Go to Manage Online Services, Banks and Brokers, and pick one of the problem banks. The click the link to View Contact Information. In the lower left pain it may say "Account information is provided by CashEdge." | Just keep trying, eventually it will work.
