Where is the "Manage Your Credit" Page?

I found the Credit Page under Tools/Value Pack of Financial Services.So
I went through the sign-up process.... and was denied the free service.
Steve was right. Once you have had the free year of credit monitoring,
you cannot get it again. And I had used my free year of service in 2005
too. Very misleading promotion... but I guess I should have read the
fine print.

All I can say is I got the "free" credit report thing in Money 2005.

When I tried to get another in Money 2006 they said, NO. It was only
for NEW members. I didn't even try for Money 2007 because I got all
that free credit report information separately a number of months ago.
The new thing is credit scores, and for THAT you WILL pay! Steve
