Thank you. I tried the link http://www.dlldump.com/dll-files/R_3.html and I
get an error that the file/page cannot be found. I did a google search and
could not find any other source for that file except related to a different
program or ad-ware/share-ware.

Any other suggestions?

I just did one and found the "report.dll" file here:

However, sometimes there are MANY DLL files that are required and once
you download that one, you will find it will ask for another...and so
on...and so on....

But sometimes one DLL will solve the problem, so give it a try.
