| I experienced the exact same problem after installing IE7 RC1. Go to Tools-> Internet Options-> Connections and click the "LAN Settings" button. Make sure the "Automatically detect settings" box is checked. Mine was not. Checking it allowed me to log into Money 2006 as usual. | I went back to IE6 and everything seems to be working now. The funny thing is Money worked under IE7 betas 1 - 3, but didn't work under RC-1. Oh well, I guess I'll have to wait a while until the glitch is fixed. I do not respond to any emails that I have not specifically asked for. | If I check "Work Offline" I can access the data, I just can't update my accounts. I should have also noted that I recently installed IE7 RC1 and I'm wondering if this new browser is messing with Money 2006. | When I had trouble logging in, I was able to get around it by doing a Windows System Restore to a previous day. Then I removed my passport credentials completely. You may or may not want to do that, but it might as least give you access to your data. | For the past two days whenever I try to login to Money 2006 I get an error message that basically says "Your Sign In Information Can't Be Verified". I googled the error and found a knowledge base article on the subject. I have since tried each method (except the last two) in the article and nothing has worked. Any suggestions (besides trying the last two methods)? The login worked fine on Thursday and stopped working Friday. Nothing on the computer changed between the two days so I am baffled as to why I am all of a sudden having this problem. Thanks for any assistance. Rob |
