(if you want to discuss that - please reply in a new thread so this doesn't get polluted.) If I run M2006 and THEN shutdown right away - or then try to open M04, I get the message " Microsoft Money is running...". I 've seen it here that it's a known bug- fine. Why under M2006 App Path Cache does it use my M2004 folder and more importantly why does it want to know that ? My reason for asking : assume M06 crashes - will it restart itself AND open M2004 and try to "fix it" - thereby polluting both databases ? If so, can I change JUST the info in "AppPathCache15.0 " to point to my M06 folder and fix it - or is it referenced in the program itself / other places too ?
