1. You can have the data file installed in a central location but cannot
access it concurrently. Attempts may be blocked, or may simply trash the
file. You can choose if you want to try. I wouldn't.

2. No such access into the system exists, except through MoneyLink, and it
doesn't do what you want.

3. Money doesn't do that. Talk to your bank. How labile are your balances?
