OK. Go to Tools-> Settings-> OnlineServiceSetting and
select ShowStandardizedPayeeNamesForWhichANameIsNotFound. This
appears to be a global (inter-file) setting.

Download again.

Assuming that this is not Money 97 or older,

Close Money

In Internet Explorer delete your browser temporary files with
Tools-> InternetOptions-> DeleteFiles.

Then open Money with Start-> Run and entering
"msmoney -s" without the quotes into the box.

Download your statement again.

Default Money 2006 Downloaded Statement Problem

I've been using money for nearly 10 years now. Just recently I've been
unable to view and accept my downloaded account information. It shows
that I have transactions to review, but does not show them. I've
re-nstalled money and tried it on another machine with no success.

Any suggestions?
