Open a support case. It's better than nothing, but perhaps not so much.

Go to Money, click on the help ? select the troubleshoot item, click on it
and contact us is at the bottom. You should be able to sign in and contact
them if you have paid for your copy. Don't expect them to understand or be
of any help with your problem, but they MAY pass it on.

MVPs are just end users like you and don't work for Microsoft and have no
influence over what Microsoft decides to fix./change from one release to the
next.

By all means carry on ranting but as Microsoft only visit the Newsgroups
very very rarely I suggest that you are just wasting bandwidth.

I do not respond to any emails that I have not specifically asked for.

Default BUGS. i ll continue to repost this until one of MVPs answers

Dear Microsoft. I can understand programming bugs - you invent, you create,
everyone makes mistakes etc etc. But how on earth can you have bugs in
financial calculations? Take Finance 101 book. Replicate formulas. DON"T
CHANGE THEM!

I have already complained about mistakes in calculating bond yields in M2005
(has it been fixed?) where accrued interest is simply disregarded in
calculations.

Performance calculations in multiple currencies ARE ALL WRONG!!!
here is example

"buy" any asset in the account which is in a currency different to your base
(say base is US$ and account currency is Euro). so far so good.

now switch to currency say GBP as your base. look at you performance. did
you just lose 45%? well, thank you Microsoft for using US$/EURO exchange rate
in calculating "Avg cost" of the asset in GBP.

Now how complicated to get this right? if you cannot make functionality work
- don't introduce it. Cannot deal with multicurrencies and simple bond
calculations? Don't mislead customers by selling defective software.

has any of these bugs been fixed in 2006 and 2007?
