| More then likely the opening balance is comeing threw the conversion when you go into 2007 open the account settings and offset the balance by changing the opening balance only after verifiyng the transactions "allensxs3" <allensxs3[at]discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news E01B97A-5FF3-43F8-A4AE-09FB00355157[at]microsoft.com...- quote - > Yes I did try that. > I am able to get it to work if I disable all of my online banking services > and then convert it. | Microsoft also suggested import and export. I tried this but it did not properly import all of my transactions due to using custom categories. Like I said...I spent over 7 hours on the phone (over several days) with MS trying to fix this issue. They had a poor attitude from the start and I didn't really ever feel like they cared much about helping me....so I don't feel like they even gave me 100% let alone 120%. This thing that makes me the most angry about this is that they won't even give me my money back for the 2007 download when I can't even use it! | Yes I did try that. I am able to get it to work if I disable all of my online banking services and then convert it. This however causes another issue. When I disable my online services for some reason it is changing my account balances and I can't figure out how to resolve that issue once I have the file in Money 07. For now I am continuing to use MS Money 2003 and it is working just fine for me. I just dread the day that they will no longer let me use it because I'm unable to convert my existing file.
