Loan Account with principal of 70,000, 36 (monthly?) 700 payment (is that
what you meant by monthly basis?!?), baloon payment of ???, interst rate of
???. (This is insufficient data to get there. Also, to create a loan more
than a year old, you may have to set the date on your compute back a year or
so just long enough to get it setup.)

No way to call this a Loan Account. Call it a Credit Card or similar. Track
the interest expense by hand.

Default Home Loan

Dear All,

Does anyone know how to do the following:

1 - How to set up a loan as follow:

70.000 (credit in March 05)
1 % monthly basis due to 1 month after credit
payments start in August 05
36 x payments

2 - How to set up a loan as follow:

70.000 (credit in March 05)
1 % monthly basis due to 1 month after credit
payments as quick as possible but dates not fixed and qtys not defined
from March 05 to Jul 08

Tks,
Marcelo
