Money 2006 will not install

Thanks, I accomplished the same thing by installing on the safe start mode

Yes it is called Norton. Norton has got confused with previous versions of
Money.

Previously the workaround was to uninstall Money (if there's anything to
uninstall); uninstall Norton; reboot; install Money; install Norton.

I recently reformated my drive and have since reinstalled XP at SP2 and have
Norton Internet Security running. When I attempted to install Money 2006 it
gets to about 70% and then freezes the computer. Ive done the several times,
tried dissabling the norton security, etc. but no luck. I get no error
message, but I've noticed that the install program has no color nor words
beyond the EULA and the choice of drives. I've had Money working before and
am concerned that there might be something amiss with my computer.
