Can you save the statement and view in wordpad to see if you can find anything that is obviously wrong. You could also post portions here and we'll be glad to see if we can find the errors. Since there are a few having the same problem, it is likely a problem with the way they are formatting their statements, but it's often difficult to get the bank to take ownership without the proof of pointing out exactly what is wrong. | Money 2002 Problem with Dowmloading Bank Of America Statement Bank of America just modified the current statement layout and, since then, using Download a Complete Current Statement fails and displays the following message: "The file you attempted to import appears to be invalid or contains corrupt data. Please download again. If this problem continues, contact your financial institution." I've contacted Bank of America and, so far, nothing useful from them. I'd appreciate any help from anyone. |
