| I am also using Money 2006 and having the same problem. I think it is wrong that Microsoft does not already have a fix for this especially if it has carried through to its 2007 version! No upgrading for me! I did not have the same success as Morty to have the Favorites work - some reports do, some don't. My work around has been to customize the report, change a criteria and then "apply". It is a pain, but at least I am getting something. | Hello all, I am using Money 2006 was also experiencing the problems others have described where I would attempt to generate a report, would get the pie chart and then the "Loading" message and nothing would happen. I converted over from Quicken in 2005. I was only experiencing this problem when I tried to generate Net Worth reports. All other reports worked fine. I tried to repair my file with no luck. I suspected that the report was having a problem calculating my net worth. I had closed many old accounts that came over from Quicken that I wasn't using any more. I re-opened all of those accounts, made sure that the balance was zero (entering adjustments if I needed to) and then closed the accounts again. I then attempted to rerun the Net Worth report. I still received the pie chart/loading problem however I went into Customize and checked off the Open Account only option. I applied that change and the report worked. I was then able to work with the report, select Net Worth from different points in time, and save to my favorites. I hope this helps others . . . it took a long time to figure out and was pretty frustrating and tedious along the way, but at least the report now works. | Reports and charts will not display when using Money 07 Prem. I have repaired the file (quick & standard). After the repairs, charts are displayed for a few navigation clicks (homepage to investments to reports etc.) but then they once again disappear. Dave, did you find a 'fix' for this problem? I'm having the same problem> that helps. displaying any reports using an evaluation copy of 2007 Deluxe. Interestingly, I CAN display reports for my Money files that are 15 Mb or smaller, but my main Money file is 36 Mb and that will not work. I already tried the Repair File function, and I have even Archived everything before 2003, but my file size is still 27 Mb and the Reports won't display! I have been running Money 2002 for years without a problem, so what's going on with this version? |
