| The internet support options (chat/email) won't allow you to continue since the ID is computer validated. | I'm quite sure Mark has a reason for asking the questions he asked. Not all licenses come through the same channels. The Product IDs tend to code that kind of information. He may well have the decoder ring and some clues as to what could be going on. If you want help, answer the question. If you don't want the answers/help, don't post the questions. | I am not sure what all this has to do with me getting support with an online legimate purchase from Microsoft (Digital River)? Should not matter how I purchased it or from where as long as it's a legal copy. I guess I am wrong in assuming Microsoft will support it's products. Because I typed in my serial number as requested per there example. I have Home & Business version. Can I actually get an answer without all these qustions. Seems in this whole thread there has yet to be an answer. If you don't know the answer do not repsond. "Mark" wrote: - quote - > Where did you get this copy of Money?
