Still not working. I was not provided the instant $10.00 "rebate"/discount.

I am sending the link to the Arizona Attorney General's Office for review.
I have a problem that Digital River consistently charges the wrong amount for
MSFT specials.
How many people will follow up for $10? Perhaps DR will get their act
together once an Atty General decides to follow up on them.

The link is below. When I first found the website, the links off of the
website wouldn't work. That's why I e-mailed them and they credited me
back the 10.00. They seem to be working now.

I know... much easier than rebates. I don't have a costco near me and
couldn't find the product at any local stores.

This happened to me as well. Faulty website I guess. I e-mailed another
member in this forum and he sent me his copy of the rebate. I had also
contacted Digital River (the contact group that MS uses for the
purchase) and they also responded and sent me the rebate form. It came
in the form of a pdf file I had to print out and mail.

I also came across another website, an upgrade to MS Money website,
that gave an instant $10.00 AND the $30.00 mail in rebate. I contacted
Digital River again with the link to the website and they credited me
the $10.00!! So I ended up paying $39.00 for Premium from the
advertised $79.00 price.

Default M2007 Rebates are "Troubled"

I downloaded [purchased] M2007 from the Microsoft site as an update to
M2004. The $49.99 purchase price was charged to my card, but the promised
$20.00 rebate didn't happen. After a week or so I sent a support email to
Microsoft who responded that I should call the support phone 952-646-5047.
I did so and was told that many recent purchases did not include the rebate
attachment in the download and they 'were working on it." They then sent me
an email with the rebate form attached. You may have to be proactive to get
your rebate.
