I am wondering if that is why your correct transaction is being overwritten. I would try File-> RepairMoneyFile-> QuickFileRepair. I would also consider marking the unwanted transaction Void and entering the correct transaction as a new transaction. |

| Share sale recorded in cash account as payment !!!! In my portfolio I recorded a share sale but it is showing in the cash account as a payment rather than a receipt. I have corrected it several times but when I close money and re-start it later it keeps changing the transaction back to a payment. Has anyone else had this problem or can anyone suggest a solution?
