Default RE: Spending Tracker in 2007

I absolutely agree - I've been around and around with tech support on this.
Create a new database, etc. Unfortunately, I can't go back to 2006 easily at
this point. Extremely frustrating to me as this was one of the features I
used on a daily basis.

Default RE: Spending Tracker in 2007

I upgraded to 2007 from 2006 and it seems that the budget tracker also
doesn't track credit card accounts anymore. Tech support confirmed this and
suggested that I create a new cash account and duplicate each credit card
transaction there if I want it tracked in my budget.

This is pretty insane because I rarely pay with checks, everything I buy is
on a credit card. I don't understand why they'd change this. The only reason
I could guess is that purchases made on credit cards are "not really paid
for" yet, but that's a bit ridiculous, they're going to have to be paid-for
at some point and I want my budget to reflect the dates I actually purchased
them, not the day I technically paid for them.
