| I was trying to contact support via Chat (a very helpful tool by the way)...and it would not accept the Product ID (aka Serial Number) that I entered from my registered version of $2007. I assumed this is because the PID validation tool has not yet been updated to reflect $2007, but nonetheless, I'm dead in the water until I can get it to recognize the PID. Has onyone else had this issue? |
