Anyone else have the Virtual Account Number program from CitiBank?

It seems to be a factor in at least some of my crashes.

Default RE: Money 07 Deluxe Crashing

I am also receiving this EXACT message (including some module and offset) on
a clean install of Money 2007 Deluxe. Any time I attempt to update my
accounts, the program crashes.

No ideas, but I also did the same upgrade and have had intermittent crashes.

I don't use MSN but I do use CheckFree (original user).

At present, if I submit EPAYs to CheckFree, after downloading the confirmation,
the program crashes showing the "... Program has to shut down ..." dialog box.

Prior to my "fixup" it would crash under other multiple circumstances, also.

The below may not apply if you don't have Windows XP.

My "fixup" consisted of uninstalling M2007

Rebooting Windows XP in a "clean" configuration.
http://support.microsoft.com/default...b;en-us;310353

Reinstalling M2007
Running the level 2 repair on the file.
Running the "remove all bills" on the file
Recreating my bills.

That seemed to clean up the crashing problem except for the one I mentioned
above. That persists UNLESS I boot in either a "clean" configuration or boot
with my Startup items disabled (in msconfig).

I never had crashes in M2003.

I presently have a support ticket open with Money support (via email). Their
first request to me was to see if the problem occurred with a new file. I set
up a new file; enabled my online services; and the same crash occurred (with
normal booting). I am awaiting further advice from them. In the meantime, if
I want to do EPAYs, I boot with my STARTUP items disabled in msconfig.

Default Money 07 Deluxe Crashing

Just installed Money Deluxe 2007 (upgrade from Money Deluxe 2003). Having
issues syncing Money and MSN Money Central. Each time I select Tools Settings > Receive account updates from MSN Money My Accounts > Next > Next,
Money crashes. I see the window that says "Updating Account Info". The icon
is moving, giving me the impression the update is in progress. I then get
Windows error reporting pop-up.

I click to see details, and it says:

AppName: msmoney.exe AppVer: 16.0.0.621 ModName: uparser2.dll
ModVer: 16.0.0.621 Offset: 00015842

It will not allow me to copy/past the technical information. I have a
screen shot if anyone wants to take a look at it. Any ideas? Please help!
