money 2006 activesync with mobile 5 device issues

MS states on their site that WM5 is not compatible with any version of
Money. And Money2007 is not compatible with any PocketPC device

Well, actually one issue, my activesync connects well with my mobile 5 ppc.
I just installed it and during "synchronization" I have a separate window
that states "reading database". I thought that this was normal and it would
take a few minutes. After 48 hours the reading database, still continues and
nothing else is being sync'd with my mobile.

Any thoughts?
