 Re: online update Yeah, this generally happens when wife has an account and husband has another. If they are both in your name, you can just combine them. Call Chase support. I had the Cash Rewards card first, when I applied for the Hess card it was automatically added to my online account. Perhaps you should contact Chase about putting your two cards into one online account.
