Thanks I'll check it out. PocketMoney has some kind of import/export
function that works with synch. I'm trying it out for now, but spb looks
alot smoother

I was so excited to get my first PDA and just downloaded the trial for money
2007... and was just as disappointed that there is no way to synch money.
What's the point of having a PDA-- and ms money for that matter-- if they
won't talk to each other?

Wow, you'd think a billion-dollar comany-- or a smaller one for that
matter-- would spend a little in development to bridge that gap. I'm sure it
would be a profit center for a little while at least...

Maybe I wasn't clear, Joanee - Ultrasoft distributes two products. One is a
client for the Palm Pilot for syncing with Money on the desktop. The other
it an add-in for Microsoft Excel which imports data from Money to Excel. I
thought you were asking about the latter. You're right, if you upgrade to
M07, you won't be able to sync with your iPaq.

Perhaps I'm confused....my understanding is that Ultrasoft moneylink provides
a way to synch desktop Money with Money on one's Palm Pilot (among other
things, no doubt), but not with Money on one's Pocket PC.
Currently I have desktop Money05, and a Pocket PC PDA (HP iPaq) that I keep
synched with the desktop using the free Microsoft product (which will not be
usable for Money 2007). The Ultrasoft product does not fill this gap, should
I choose to upgrade to M07 for my desktop.

Perhaps the trial nag screen means some code with the hooks isn't there on
the trial and is on the CD. MoneyLink itself is nowhere to be seen on the
CD, as you expected.

Thanks for the link. I may not get it up and running for a while, but
they've always shipped code that works in the past. This is one more gate to
M07 passed.
