| There is only the one financial institution that I am dealing with. I have the option of also downloading as a *.csv file of which I have done and I can't see there is a date and balance info of the last download in the file, only each transaction. So perhaps you are correct in that they have stopped entering that info...would the csv file replicate the same information? If they indeed have stopped providing that info...can I somehow reset the display in MsMoney? Thanks again for all your help. Are these "third party" downloads? Web download? If it was from a single institution, it could be that the FI stopped putting the balance info into the download. - quote - > I suppose I could uninstall IE7.0 and reinstall 6.0 to see if that makes a > difference... |

| Both SSL2/3 are enabled...I don't think its a timeout issue, I'm still able to download my statement transactions, just the download date and balance are incorrect in the left side panel of the checking account between "Downloaded" and "Items to review". I suppose I could uninstall IE7.0 and reinstall 6.0 to see if that makes a difference... | As Dick posted elsewhere I wonder if you have been hit by the download timeout? 2. DESCRIPTION OF OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS. . Expiration of Online Services. In accordance with the Microsoft Money 2004 Online Services Policy, you will not be able to use the Online Services of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT (such as the ability to automatically and online: 1) track and update your accounts and investment values inside the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, 2) synchronize financial data with MSN® Money, 3) pay bills, and 4) communicate with your financial institutions) after expiration of the following time periods: . Microsoft Money 2004 Deluxe/Microsoft Money 2004 Premium/Microsoft Money 2004 Small Business: The earlier of three (3) years after your activation of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT or September 1, 2007. . Microsoft Money 2004 Standard: The earlier of two (2) years after your activation of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT or September 1, 2006. M2004 standard will time out on 1st Sept 2006 or two years after you installed. Can you recall when you installed? From the date you quote it could have been 1st June 2004. May not be this at all but it is a possibility. -- Regards Bob Peel, Microsoft MVP - Money For UK tips & fixes see http://support.microsoft.com/default...d=fh;EN-GB;mny. | Hi, I'm using money 2004 standard edition on Windows XP prof Sp2 with internet explorer 7 beta 2. On the "view downloaded balances" screen, the download date remains unchanged from 2005-05-31 and the balance is also incorrect no matter that I continue to download daily. Not sure how to fix this as I am not receiving any import errors etc when downloading statements. I've tried the money repair option but this had no effect. Thanks |
