Who said I was in a hurry???

I downloaded the product because I WANTED to.....
AND troubleshooting is recreation to me.

I am an Instructional Technology Specialist who TEACHES classes to over
3000 employees. I often get new software products because I LIKE
troubleshooting problems. That's how I learn how to deal with things
and THAT'S how I know how to help others.

Thanks, but when I go to the FindMyOrder page, the only links listed
here are the Download link, the Invoice link and the Add a CD link.
There is no reference or link to the rebate form. Did you see a link to

There you will be prompted to enter either your order number and
password OR your email address and "last five" of the credit card you
used. Click "FIND" and if you've successfully provided the required
data you'll have access to a page for downloading the rebate form,
money installer, or both!

For further info, consult the confirmation email you were sent at time
of order.
