I have a Fidelity ESPP also. The way mine works is that the ESPP account is> I have deductions from my paycheck that go into a special Fidelity > Account. Then, at the end of the quarter, the money is used to purchase the stock at a discount. The stock is then immediately transferred to my main Fidelity account. Because the account is merely a holding account I suspect that is the rational for not downloading it into Money (mine does not either). You could manually enter the transactions, but why, since the transactions zero out at the end of the quarter. As long as you can download your main Fidelity account, you can track your stock purcases. |

I simply do not enter anything related to the ESPP until the end of the> At the end of the year stock is purchased using this account at a 15% > discount to the minimum of a) price at start of period or b) price at the > end of the period. year when I receive a stock certificate and have it deposited into my Ameritrade account. When that happens I enter a stock deposit with the discounted price into Money so it calculates my gain correctly. -Rod |

| I'm not sure how to handle an employee stock purchase plan in Money 2006? I have deductions from my paycheck that go into a special Fidelity Account. At the end of the year stock is purchased using this account at a 15% discount to the minimum of a) price at start of period or b) price at the end of the period. I also do not appear to be able to download transactions from Fideilty related to this account. My brokerage and 401K accounts are fine but I cannot see how to link to the ESPP. TIA KIWI |
