So far my results on the bills-nuked M07 file is promising. There is still
nothing besides quotes and supportability into the future to recommend it
and many things about M04 I prefer, but the quotes and supportability
probably win that battle.

I've got about 65 of the 101 scheduled items re-created. I've got about five
hours invested in just moving this file from M04 to M07... I hope M07
continues to be more stable and faster than I was seeing with M06.

2-3 months, so you could be in for a wait....
