 Re: deleting multiple records But then again, maybe archive won't do what you want. Be sure to have a copy of your file before trying archive. Many people find the results unsatisfactory. The archive makes a copy, but many users don't recognize this. | deleting multiple records Hi, I have this large money file containing transactions form years ago. Now I want to delete all records form 2002-2003-2004 I can delete each seperate record witch will take hours... Isn't there a way to select multiple records and delete thema all at once? (shift enter doesn't seem to work) Thanks JP |
