Default RE: Experian Credit Monitoring Service

The only reason I upgraded from 2006 to 2007, was to get renewed with
Experian. I see nothing in the "fine print" about this being only good for
new members.

This is be the last time I renew for a while.

Can you sign up for the free year in your spouse's name?

Default Experian Credit Monitoring Service

Just bought Money 2007, got it installed an it looks exactly like 2006. Fair
enough, I figured at least the renewal of the Credit Monitoring service from
Experian was worth the $40 for the year... but... when I got to re-sign up I
get the message:

"This offer is only available to new customers that have not had a
membership in the past. If you are a returning Credit Manager member, please
sign in through your Microsoft Money Software, navigate to your Credit
Center, and then click on the Already signed up? Sign in link. You can access
your member benefits once you have successfully signed in. Thank you."

If I log in through the money interface using the 'Already signed up? Sign
in' link I get the message:

"Your account is current inactive. Please call us toll-free at 866-673-0140,
Mon thru Fri 6am-6pm and Sat and Saun 8am-5pm (Pacific Time)"

I'll be giving Experian a call but I already know how that call is going to
go.

I really hope Microsoft addresses this issue or this is the last version of
Money I'm buying.
