Backing up to a USB flash drive works for me. Try a different USB> 2004 only lets me use floppies. Is there anyway to modify backup options in > 2004? I only use the check book, my investments, budgets, etc are handled by > an outside firm. flash drive perhaps. When you plug your USB flash drive in, does it show up in My Computer? When you right-click and choose Properties, does it say Type:Removable? In Tools-> Options-> Backup in the Floppy section, is that USB flash drive listed in the [second] drop-down list? |
