Default Can't auto upgrade without administrator priviledges.

I am trying to use Money 06 on the computer at work but I do not have
Administrator Priviledges. Every time it starts I get the message that it
needs to upgrade but then wont do so because of the priviledge issue. Then
the program refuses to function correctly until it upgrades which, of course,
is impossible.
I would like to turn off this auto-upgrade of the program feature if I could.
thanks, dan
