There are lots of free sites, where you can keep your portfolio, watch
lists, news, etc etc. Such as: smartmoney, morningstar, finance dot
aol/yahoo/google to name 5. I only use money because it has the auto
account update and consolidates all our financial institutions.

The rest of it is totally wasted on me but I feel I do get $10 per
year of value assuming I have to update every other year.

Looked at the moneydance site. The bbs pages seem the best place to
uncover any show stoppers. Next step would be the trial version. I
will certainly check it out when it becomes time again to update Mny.

chart icon & it displays in Money, not in the browser; the new display
of Reports is another step backwards.

I have not found one thing I like better in 06; there is nothing new
that I need -
I think I'll d/l trial of MoneyDance because I'm having trouble
justifying paying MS money for this trash just to get d/l current
prices for my portfolio....
