| Jim, I just checked the relevant account in MSN Bill Pay, and it does have the correct account information in it. Furthermore, I also see that it has the amount of the bill pay entered, with the payment still pending (it would have been anyway). So, now I am confused about how MS Money 2006 Premium will handle it. Since it isn't aware of the payment, will it, at the point that the payment gets submitted, automatically bring that down into MS Money? Or will I have to enter it myself? | Jim, If the missing information for your payees is just the account number/ID, then reference the "Important notice" in the "What's new" section on the Money home page. | I just entered an electronic payment into Microsoft Money 2006 Premium. When I did I got some odd behavior. First, it gave me a confirmation box saying that it had submitted the payment. Next it put me back into the same dialog box to enter the electronic payment, but for next month (August), not this month. Third the electronic payment doesn't even show up in the account's ledger. Fourth I got a message box saying that the account was out of sync and that it would be corrected once I got out of MS Money and got back into it, or something to that effect. I did get out of MS Money and got back into it, but I still don't see that electronic payment in the ledger and the Bills Summary page shows that I don't owe until August. What's going on here? What do I believe?? Will MS Money, all by itself, start submitting electronic payments repeatedly until it has emptied my checking account? Rod |
