Please Help~! Incompatible Version~!???

Money is heavily localised and so you cannot upgrade between regions. US US or UK > UK is OK but not UK > US.

I was trying to convert Money 2001 (Standard, OEM by Compaq Presario 1700) to
Money 2005 Premium. But it says that 'the file could not be converted because
