Creating such a "printer" is done in windows.

From
http://support.microsoft.com/default...308579&sd=tech

To print to a text file:
1. Click Start, and then click Printers and Faxes.
2. Click Add a Printer, and then choose the following options
in the wizard:
a. Click Local Printer.
b. Click to clear the Automatically detect and install my Plug
and Play printer check box.
c. Click Use the Following Port, and then click FILE (Print to
file).
d. Click Generic in the Manufacturer box.
e. Click Generic / Text Only in the Printers box.
f. Name the printer.
g. Click Do not share this printer.
h. Click No when you are prompted to print a test page.

Set up Money to print to that new "printer". Windows prompts you
for a file name whenever you print to that "printer".

Thanks Cal, but I don't know how to do that. Print to File is not one of the
options.

You can File-> Print your account register. You could print it to a
pretend "printer" that is really a text file.

Default account register report

I am trying to find a way to develop a report that looks exactly like the
account register and I'm going nuts trying.

Is there a way to do this? There should be :-)
