That involved a switch from Quicken again, but it was not Money 2006. I would borrow a keyboard from a friend, or I would try the other Ctrl and Shift keys on my existing keyboard. | Yes, my apologies, I did mean Microsoft Money (I was a long time Quicken user...sorry). I'm familiar with keyboard shortcuts and how they're accessed. I'm a long time desktop software instructor specializing in MS products (I realize you had no way of knowing that). I do not have a programmable keyboard or any program that can execute keyboard shortcuts globally. Any other ideas? Is there any kind of repair install with MS Money, or should I perhaps install it again? Assuming you meant to type Money 2006, Let's be sure what Control +> works for me, and I'm using Quicken 2006 Premium. Shift + M means.... Hold down both Ctrl+Shift keys as you poke M. If that is not the problem, perhaps you have some kind of keyboard macro or program that is intercepting the key combination. |

| Yes, I am using the Advanced Register. Neither one of those keystrokes works for me, and I'm using Quicken 2006 Premium. | I use it in every version. Are you using Advanced Register? Ctrl+Shift+M = Reconciled. Ctrl + M = Cleared. These work in Register view. <umpy11[at]gmail.com> wrote in message news:1150917661.396027.214690[at]i40g2000cwc.googlegroups.com... - quote - > I am a long-time Quicken user who has just switched over the Microsoft > Money 2006. | I am a long-time Quicken user who has just switched over the Microsoft Money 2006. I have a lot of old transactions in my checking account that don't show up as reconciled, which is messing up my ability to balance the account. I have tried the shortcut mentioned in some of the group's posts (Control + Shift + M) but nothing is happening. I have the transaction I want to clear selected. Other shortcuts seem to work fine in the program. Is this a known bug, or am I doing something wrong? Can anyone help? |
